Do you allow early check-in or late check-out?

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability, as we are a small property with limited staff, but we will do our best wherever possible.

Do you allow children? Is there an age restriction?

We welcome children of all ages. We have books and board games in our library and some simple sports equipment to keep younger guests engaged. However, do keep in mind that ours is a quiet riverside property where guests usually come for rest and rejuvenation, and because of this we do have quiet zones and timings. Also, the premises are not fully child-proofed due to multiple levels and an open river ghat. Please note that our rooms are designed for double occupancy, and extra charges apply for additional guests (children above 6 years of age or adults, i.e. those above 12 years of age) as per our tariff.

Is the property wheelchair-accessible?

We have a ramp at the entrance and an elevator, so all floors are generally accessible. There are a couple of steps on the way to the ghat which makes it harder for wheelchair bound guests to get to it, but we are working to improve this. Our river-view room Angirasa is the most wheelchair-friendly; other rooms may accommodate wheelchairs to varying degrees. However, it is advised that wheelchair bound guests travel with an assistant as all spaces may not be fully special-needs compliant.

Do you provide pickup/drop services from the airport/railway station?

Complimentary pick-up from Haridwar Railway Station is available, subject to the availability of our hotel vehicle. We can also arrange a taxi to Jolly Grant Airport on request.

Is parking available on the property?

Yes, we have limited parking on the premises. Please let us know how many cars you will be arriving in so we can plan accordingly. Kindly note that we do not provide accommodation for drivers, and drivers/staff are not permitted to sleep inside cars on the property; we can recommend nearby guesthouse for them.

What is your cancellation policy?

  • 100% refundable up to 14 days before arrival
  • 50% refundable up to 7 days before arrival
  • 0–7 days before arrival - refund, rescheduling, or credit are not possible
If payment is made via card or payment link, up to 2.5% may be deducted in case of a refund to cover payment gateway charges.

Do you require an advance payment to confirm the booking?

Yes, a 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
