Ekat Travel & Lodging LLP endeavours to take all steps to deliver your order safely and in reasonable time. Usually an order is shipped within 3 working days of receipt. We ship on all days of the week, except Sunday & Public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, we use good quality packaging and ship through reputed courier agencies only.
We deliver to all metros and major cities across India. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In order to avoid disappointment, we will not accept orders that need to be delivered to any pincode not serviced by our reputed courier partners.

If you believe that you have received the product in a bad condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at

In case you have already taken delivery of the order and find that the food items are in an unsatisfactory condition after opening the package, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographic evidence within 24 hours of the package being delivered to your address. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7-10 working days.
