Pisyu Loon is a Garhwali condiment made with micronutrient-rich rock salt, ground with herbs and spices on a sil-batta. This 'Hara Namak' or 'Green Salt' uses a mix of coriander and mint along with ginger, garlic and green chillis to get it characterestic tangy taste.

Traditionally eaten with Ghee and Roti. Serve with cucumber or sprinkle on raita.
