Pisyu Loon is a Garhwali condiment made with micronutrient-rich rock salt, ground with herbs and spices on a sil-batta. This mustard salt uses Himalayan Black Rock Salt as its base, giving it a more sulphurous flavour with the mustard adding a subtle kick.

Traditionally eaten with Ghee and Roti. Serve it with raw vegetables as a dipping salt.
