• Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written or emailed confirmation from Amrit Bhawan after successful payment or deposit, as specified at the time of booking.
• Rates: All rates displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.
• Payment: We may require full or partial payment in advance to secure your booking. Accepted payment methods are listed on our Website or shared via email.
• Modification & Cancellation:
  • Guests may modify or cancel their booking as per the cancellation policy applicable to their reservation (displayed during booking or communicated in your confirmation email).
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable time after cancellation.
• No-Show: If you fail to arrive without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and no refund will be made.

3. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
  Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests are expected to conduct themselves with respect and consideration for other guests, staff, and the property. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or ask guests to leave if their behavior is disorderly, abusive, or violates any law — without refund.
